Yoga for Recovery Online Series

Are you ready to shift your yoga practice into relaxation mode after the hustle and bustle of the holidays and embrace the calm of winter? Join me for this four-week recovery series designed to soothe your nervous system and promote inner peace. Each session will feature a blend of practices, including pranayama (breathwork), a gentle yoga flow to relax both body and mind, restorative and yin poses, along with Yoga Nidra and guided meditations.

You’re welcome to attend all four sessions or just one! Each session offers a unique experience and does not build on the previous ones. This series is suitable for all levels, from beginners to experienced yogis. Please have your mat, blocks, strap, bolster (or pillows), eye bag/mask (if you have one), and a blanket ready. All sessions will be recorded and shared afterwards, with recordings available for one month.
